The principals of Iron Horse (past: Jim Joyce – retired; present Doug Eshelman & Ray Giudice) have been involved with entitling, developing and building in excess of 26,000 residential dwellings spanning 60+ exceptional communities, rich in history, utilizing natural settings to incorporate picturesque terrain with breathtaking views and exquisite homes.
