Timonium Terrace is a proposed senior rental facility, fully approved by Baltimore County through the Final Engineering phase, located on 2.5 acres at 2441 Broad Avenue in Timonium, MD.

Local Need for Senior Housing - Meeting a Growing Demand

In 2018, an in-depth Market Feasibility Study conducted by a reputable third-party firm highlighted a significant and growing need for quality senior housing in the surrounding Timonium area. The study projected a substantial shortfall in senior housing across different unit types as follows:

Independent Living: 113 beds by 2020 | 171 beds by 2022
Assisted Living: 391 beds by 2020 | 449 beds by 2022
Memory Care: 200 beds by 2020 | 244 beds by 2022

Godspeed is a proposed senior rental facility, currently submitted to Annapolis City and awaiting final approval, located on 4.95 acres at One Godspeed Way in Annapolis, MD.
